How It Works

Step One
You make contact with us by email or telephone, and we arrange to view your property, and discuss how we may be able to help you.

Step Two
Within two days of viewing your property we will make you an offer.

Step Three
If you decide to go ahead, we notify our solicitors, and typically the sale completes in 6-8 weeks.

Our Promise
  1. We promise to make you an offer within 2 days of viewing your property.

  2. We promise to give you a fully confidential service.

  3. We promise to press ahead once the sale is agreed, and complete as soon as possible.

  4. We promise to keep you informed.

  5. We promise to answer all your questions.

  6. We promise to do what we say.

  7. We promise to pay you a finders fee on completion, if you recommend us to another seller.
